The VyStar Credit Union Regional Hub, Tallahassee (VyStar Tallahassee), the 68th full-service location of VyStar Credit Union, was established not only to better serve the Florida Panhandle community but also introduced a regional Contact Center, generating more than 25 employment opportunities. As an added benefit, a Starbucks Coffee® is on the 1st floor, enhancing the member experience. Executive Vice President/ Chief Operations Officer, Chad Meadows, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Our new Tallahassee branch is a dynamic space where we can help our members reach their financial goals, while also supporting our entire membership base through our Contact Center.”
The two story, 15,000+ square foot building includes a new 5,000 square foot branch and a 7,500 square foot regional Contact Center, providing members with expanded services. The branch also features three drive-through lanes and a full-service Starbucks Coffee franchise. One of the notable architectural highlights of the building is the two-story atrium lobby, illuminated by VyStar’s signature blue lighting, creating a welcoming atmosphere for members.
