Insurance Requirements
Subcontractors doing business with Dana B. Kenyon Company are required to carry the necessary insurance on all projects. Specific insurance coverages will be outlined in the bid documents.
Bonding Requirements
Dana B. Kenyon Company requires subcontractors to demonstrate the ability to provide a Performance & Payment Bond from an A+ rated Surety on any subcontract with a value in excess of $100,000.00. For a bid to be considered, Dana B. Kenyon Company must have a letter from your Surety bonding company stating your company’s ability to secure bonding and its limits.
