DBK partnered with Tomlinson Automotive and its design team to construct two facilities – a Sales Building and a Service Building – on an approximately nine-acre site located off State Road 16 in St. Augustine, Florida.
The Sales Building is an approximately 5,000 SF CMU structure featuring pre-engineered wood trusses, a shingle roof system, exterior and interior storefront glazing systems, and enclosed sales office. The Service Building consists of approximately 6,500 SF and is a pre-engineered metal structure equipped with overhead doors, multiple service bays, parts storage area, and a drive-through canopy designed for vehicle detailing operations.
