DBK successfully completed the buildout of the 9th floor (Jacksonville Nemours Tower) while avoiding disruption to the active floors above and below. Construction services included construction management, demolition of existing finishes, interior partitions, ICRA (Infection control), medical gases, ceilings, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, ductwork and piping on the ninth floor. New construction includes a clinical space, administration space, common space, and laboratory space. The clinical space includes nine exam rooms, consult room, vitals, team station, treatment room, blood draw, med room, sample toilet and clean supply. Administration space includes 15 offices, 16 workstations, benching, coffee alcove, restrooms, conference room, and storage. Common areas include elevator lobby, waiting room, tube station, janitor’s closet, soiled storage, and restrooms. The laboratory space includes one laboratory and one liquid nitrogen storage room.
