DBK’s comprehensive scope of services provided significant benefits to the assisted living facility’s end-users. The project resulted in the creation of a single-story, 37,832-square-foot wood-frame building housing 54 units designed for residents’ comfort and safety.
Key features for residents include administrative offices for seamless management, multi-purpose spaces for diverse activities, a salon for personal care, spacious dining areas, and a commercial kitchen ensuring high-quality meals. The facility also has an inviting interior courtyard with beautifully landscaped planting, accessible walking paths, a calming fountain, and a gazebo, providing residents with serene outdoor spaces for relaxation and socialization.
Additionally, installing an emergency generator guaranteed an uninterrupted power supply, enhancing safety and security. The advanced stormwater detention systems, both below and above ground, ensured effective water management, contributing to our focus on environmental sustainability. Various site improvements also contributed to an overall better living environment. Meticulous planning and execution resulted in a well-designed, safe, and comfortable living space for the assisted living facility’s residents.
