Arbor Terrace at San Jose, consisted of a one level 34,986 sq. ft. wood frame, 56 unit, assisted living memory care facility. The facility includes administrative office, multi-purpose spaces, salon, dining areas and commercial kitchen, interior courtyard included planting landscape, walking paths, fountain and gazebo. The project included all site development, infrastructure improvements, concrete slab/foundations, exterior wood framing, pre-engineered wood trusses, exterior cement board and siding facade, decorative bead board and siding façade, decorative bead board celinings, ashphalt shingles and TPO roof systems, interior high-end floor and wall finishes, mechanical and fire protection and plumbing and electrical systems, LP gas generator, detention ponds and trash enclosure. The project is located on San Jose Rd., in Jacksonville, FL.
