We conduct a work session to identify desired outcomes and formulate solutions to eliminate obstacles that could impede progress.
This becomes the basis for developing a master schedule that provides a high level road map to project completion and encompasses all elements of the project and involves all stakeholders.
The project team and key stakeholders will review project goals, milestones, roles and responsibilities, potential roadblocks, and formulate strategies to avoid and mitigate potential issues. Through this process, we will cultivate team cohesion, establish rules of engagement, and devise a communication plan.
