Together, we will create a trade partner plan, to maximize early trade partner engagement. We develop bid packages for early work opportunities, striving to accelerate the schedule and procurement of long-lead items, while optimizing bidder participation through outreach programs and leveraging existing relationships.
After receiving proposals from trade partners, we will conduct a post-bid interview with the most qualified and competitive bidders to verify that their proposal reflects the current plans, specifications, and schedules. We will confirm that each trade partner possesses the necessary workforce to execute the project while maintaining DBK’s safety and quality expectations. Our objective is to assure you that we are bringing trade partners who offer the best value in terms of price, safety, quality, and production.
