PREQUALIFICATION AND BONDING REQUIREMENTS

Submit Items 1 & 2 below prior to submitting a proposal: 

  • Your company must have a completed Vendor Qualification Form on file with Dana B. Kenyon Company for your proposal to be considered.  If you have not done so previously, complete and return the Vendor Qualification Form posted in GradeBeam Folder 03.

  • In addition to completing the Vendor Qualification Form, your company must demonstrate the ability to provide bonding for contracts in excess of $100,000.00.  Please provide a letter from your Surety Company (A+ rating) stating that your company can provide bonding for this project.

SUBCONTRACTOR INSURANCE   

 Refer to insurance requirements in the bid documents and the subcontractor insurance certificate posted on GradeBeam.

PROJECT NAME:    Liberty AIPO Building D
LOCATION:              3057 Tradeport Drive

Your company is invited to submit a proposal to construct a warehouse building of 134,260 square feet with a 36 foot clear height. The building is designed as a tilt-up industrial building with associated site work and will be constructed to receive LEED Core & Shell Certification

Scopes of work required include sitework, paving, utilities, landscaping, concrete, steel, caulking, roofing, doors & hardware, glass and glazing, painting, specialties, dock doors & equipment, automatic for sprinklers, plumbing, hvac and electrical.

The project is scheduled for mobilization on February 19, 2018.

PROJECT NAME:    BNSF - INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM UPGRADES

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Your company is invited to submit a proposal for the BNSF Industrial Wastewater System Upgrades project located at Cherokee Yard in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

Project Requirements Included are: 

  • BNSF Contractor Orientation and e-RAILSAFE successfully completed by all subcontractor employees.
  • BNSF On Track Safety Training successfully completed by all subcontractor employees. 

Scopes of Work Included are: 

  • Installing a 230,000-gallon welded steel surge/equalization tank.
  • Installing two non-emulsifying 215-gpm submersible pumps in the existing lift station wetwell with a precast concrete valve vault.
  • Replacement of an existing belt skimmer with a new tube skimmer with used oil holding tank.
  • Rehabilitate and install an epoxy liner system on the existing grit basin/OWS basin/lift station wetwell concrete structure.
  • Installing a precast concrete meter vault.
  • Installing below grade by open cut:  approximately 110 linear feet of 10-inch diameter ductile iron wastewater pipe from the surge/EQ tank to manhole-1; approximately 247 linear feet of 6-inch diameter ductile iron wastewater pipe from the lift station to the surge/EQ tank and from the surge/EQ tank to the secondary treatment system; approximately 62 linear feet of 2-inch diameter ductile iron wastewater recycle pipe from the secondary treatment building to manhole-1.
  • Installing a metal building for housing the surge/EQ tank outlet pipe flow regulation assembly.
  • Installing a new effluent holding tank in the secondary treatment building.
  • Installation of instrumentation and valving.
  • Abandoning selected portions of the existing wastewater pipe downstream of the lift station as shown in the drawings.
